Today we did balance activities
The activities we done first was basketball , we tried balancing on a foot and then we done the same to the other foot my left foot was the strongest.
The activities after that was netball, and we did the same like basketball we balanced on one foot but throw by a chest.The activities was football and we had to stand on one side and balance on one foot
The activities after football was hokey. For hokey someone well roll the ball and the other person well hit it he or she well all so stand on one foot
The last activities we done was the Frizzle me and my mate didn't really found it eyes to balance because you had to stand it a certain way and throw in a certain
It was really hard because you have to put your leg up on all the activities
